First, find the billing channel
Search your email for the latest receipt and check whether it came from Apple or Google Play. If you cannot see the subscription, sign in to any other Apple Account or Google Account you may have used. DramaBox’s terms state that payments can be processed by third-party services including Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select DramaBox. If it is missing, check the Apple Account shown on the receipt.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. If there is no cancel button or an expiration message is shown, Apple says it is already cancelled.
Cancel on Android
- Open Google Play and make sure you are signed in to the account that bought the subscription.
- Open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then choose DramaBox.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts. Google says uninstalling the app does not cancel the plan.
After cancellation
Keep the confirmation email or take a screenshot of the expiration date. You generally retain access until the paid period ends. If a new charge appears after a confirmed cancellation, use the refund path for the store that issued the receipt.
